Doesn't print text on form

I have a PDF I filled out and then when I print it nothing I entered prints. This just started happening but this is now the 3rd time I've noticed it. I have Nitro 12. 

I did find a work around a few weeks ago where I was able to somehow change the level of the text I had entered as no level but now I can't even find how to do that.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.11) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end.

I am having the same problem with printing filled forms.  Added text appears on my screen and in print preview, but doesn't appear when I print.

Are you printing to a Ricoh printer by any chance?

Would it be fine sending us a copy of the PDF file you are trying to printing?
