Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Unfortunately, you cannot activate other versions of Nitro Pro using your Nitro Pro 6 serial number.

I have tried to re-activate my Nitro however when i click on the 'help' tab it does not allow me to activate. It also says there is an error -2023. I have proof of purchase.

We have found a workaround for this activation error:

1. Close Nitro. 
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Nitro\Pro\13 (note that ProgramData is a hidden folder) You can also get to the ProgramData folder by typing %programdata% in the Windows Start Menu.
3. Delete the Nalpeiron folder
4. Relaunch Nitro and then try reactivating. This should now work.

If in the future, you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you deactivate first by clicking on: Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate. This will allow you to reactivate on another computer.

I have followed your instructions and have now been able to activate my Nitro Pro. However, I still do not have full access to my Nitro Pro as it says 'Nitro Pro (Expired Trial). It does not allow me to use premium features. However I have already purchased this product.

To further assist you, please go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Do you see the serial number with a Deactivate button?

If yes, what features of the program is not working?
