DougV 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2019 On 8/15/2019 I upgraded from NitroPro 9 to 12 and purchased the Unlimited Product Updates for 1 year from date of purchase. I have checked on the upgrade page to see if I am eligible but the page reports my serial number cannot be found.
