Akshay S K Naidu Posted November 1, 2019 Report Share Posted November 1, 2019 Hi, I purchased Nitro Pro 11.0.3.134 version in 2017. I have permitted activations - 2. I am using only one activation. Recently, I am switching to a new laptop. I downloaded trial version of Nitro Pro in the new laptop. By default it downloads only Nitro Pro 13. I could not find an authorized site of gonitro from where I could download the older version of Nitro Pro (11.0.3.134). I tried activating with Nitro Pro 11 activation key in Nitro Pro 13. It failed. I got a new laptop and now I can't activate my account (but I can login). Please help. I had this issue the last time I switched laptops. It's frustrating that set up is so clunky.
