Dennis H Posted October 31, 2019 Report Share Posted October 31, 2019 I'm having a similar issue with Nitro Pro 13 as well and the message i receive is: Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -7089. nothing happens when i try the Activate selection from the Help Menu option or dialog box that appears when launching Nitro Pro. I can supply information when requested.
