I need Nitro on my desktop to be activated

I have a license purchased for nitro saying I have cloud and desktop use for it, but my desktop nitro says expired on my account. I have already tried uninstalling & providing error screenshot -2023. can someone add this back to my account? I have email confirmation and all. Product was purchased Sep 30th.
