Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Hello @TomD, Thank you for posting here! The error is generated when the Nalpeiron service has not been started. Please check that the Nalpeiron Server is started by following the steps below: • Click on Start > type 'Services. • In the box, scroll down to Nalpeiron Licensing Service > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start. • If it will not start and you see an error, 1717, scroll down to Windows Event Log in the 'Services' dialogue box > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start. • Then try starting the Nalpeiron Service • Once the service is started try to run Nitro. Hope that helps! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
