cls Posted November 2, 2019 Report Share Posted November 2, 2019 (edited) Please help. I just had a new hard drive installed. I originally purchased Nitro Pro10 and then purchased Nitro Pro12. I tried to re-activate Nitro Pro12 today on my new hard drive and it says my serial number is for a prior version (-22 Error:Wrong License Number).
