New Hard Drive-Upgraded Serial #-22 Error:Wrong License Number

Please help.  I just had a new hard drive installed.  I originally purchased Nitro Pro10 and then purchased Nitro Pro12.  I tried to re-activate Nitro Pro12 today on my new hard drive and it says my serial number is for a prior version (-22 Error:Wrong License Number).  How do I get an updated serial # to continue activation?  Thank you.
