My computer has crashed and I need to re-activate the registered version on my new computer. I followed the steps in the help section - De-activated the registration but now I can nor reactivate using my serial number? Or the wrong version is installed. You purchased a Nitro Pro 12 key. Please get the correct version 12 installers: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope that helps!
