it-ti Posted November 4, 2019 Report Share Posted November 4, 2019 Dear Forum, I recently reinstalled Windows on a computer of a co-worker, and also had to reinstall Nitro Pro 11. When trying to activate the installation it tells me Error -23. I checked the license in the activation portal, and this tells me that we have zero of 2 licenses activated? So where is the problem?
