Just purchased - cannot open program or uninstall program to start again

Hi - I just purchased Nitro Pro however it has not installed properly. I get this error when clicking the icon - The code execution cannot proceed because libidn.dll was not found
Reinstalling the program may fix the problem. The problem is it is not allowing me to uninstall do anything to fix the issue. If anyone can help I would be grateful. I am a novice with regards to all things IT. Thanks Nick

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
-Nitro Pro build (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.2.25) you are working with. You can find this out by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
