Brian G 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2019 It would be very helpful to receive a renewal notification for VIP Access. In addition, providing a path to renew several licenses at the same time. It might even make sense to automatically upgrade the license keys for the customer automatically instead of one by one. I suspect that VIP Access renewal will also require a one at a time approach. In retrospect, I should have gone with a business license, but the cost was too high. I have wasted a lot of time our first year trying to upgrade and renew 16 licenses. Support requests take weeks for a response and have caused us to expire. I am now considering another product instead of renewing because I don't have time for this.
