I just installed ver13 trial and having the same problems. when you modifu, reorganize the pdf, I try to close the file an i get a system crash. I received your private message, opened your PDF file, did some editing of its contents, saved the changes, closed the program but my Nitro Pro 13.2.6.26 did not crash. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Nitro Pro build (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.2.25) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Document Properties of the file shows it was created by Oracle Report services. How was this file created? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
