NYP Posted November 7, 2019 Report Share Posted November 7, 2019 I purchased 13 licenses for version 13, having a problem with one of them not recognizing the serial number and the activation assistant wants me to copy a pre-generated certificate. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
