Nitro Pro 11 Deactivated (Zero Installs) - Try to Install, Error -23 "License in Use"

I had a PC crash that had Nitro Pro 11 installed on it.  I used the online portal to deactivate the 2 instances of the license being used.  I install Nitro Pro 11 again and it stays stuck in TRIAL MODE stating that when I try to activate, that the license is in use, when it clearly is NOT, according to the portal (0 of 2 are in use).  

Windows 10, 64bit; Nitro Pro 11 x64, 11.0.3.134.

Please fix.

Thank you for your private message.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thank you very much!  Once I am able to get the PC back from the user (I had to give it back to them to use while I waited), I will activate the serial.
