The IT Guy Posted November 7, 2019 Report Share Posted November 7, 2019 I had a PC crash that had Nitro Pro 11 installed on it. I used the online portal to deactivate the 2 instances of the license being used. I install Nitro Pro 11 again and it stays stuck in TRIAL MODE stating that when I try to activate, that the license is in use, when it clearly is NOT, according to the portal (0 of 2 are in use).
