USMC0811 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2019 Got a new computer and trying to activate my Nitro subscription. I have signed in to my account downloaded the free trial version, and then tried the activation from there. Keeps saying there was a issue and to contact support. When I do the search with my serial number it shows that I am allowed 2 activation's, and that I currently have 0 activated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, done restarts on the computer and keep getting the same results. Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Kindly note you can activate Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Not by accessing your Nitro Cloud account.
