Schalk Coetzee Posted November 3, 2019 Report Share Posted November 3, 2019 (edited) Dear Leslie V, I have purchased Nitro PDF 12 Pro with invoice number (not sure whether I should post the invoice number here but my reference number is 165xxxxxx on the invoice) and now desire to upgrade to Nitro PDF 13. When I go to Upgrade Eligibility check, it says SERIAL NUMBER NOT FOUND. So I am unable to upgrade to 13 because of this error. I have checked my serial number on the License Portal, and all is fine and active.... Kindly requesting your assistance to check upgrade eligibility of my serial number.
