I go to the activiation support page and it tells me to find my serial # and deactivate which I have done. Then I when I try to activate my serial # I get the following response: The serial # entered does not exist. Click back and make sure that you have entered it correctly..... Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2019 @tbiggerstaff, Thanks for reaching out to us! Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12. Please uninstall Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
