Serial # does not exist

My computer was recently worked on and now I am in the trial version.  I go to the activiation support page and it tells me to find my serial # and deactivate which I have done.

Then I when I try to activate my serial # I get the following response:


The serial # entered does not exist.  Click back and make sure that you have entered it correctly.....

I have the correct serial # entered. 


I need help!

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12.

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
