jm2019
I successfully activated Nitro PDF Pro 8 on my Windows 10 Pro PC, but after I reboot the PC and open Nitro PDF Pro 8 it asks for Activation again. I tried uninstalling, rebooting and then re-installing, but the problem persists. Please help.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted November 11, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 11, 2019 Hello @jm2019, Please try the following workaround: - Close Nitro Pro - Go to C:\ProgramData\Nitro\Pro 8 (note that ProgramData is a hidden folder) - Delete the Nalpeiron folder - Open Nitro again - Activate it Please let me know how it goes. jm2019
Hi Leslie. Thank you for the reply. I went to the C:\ProgramData\Nitro, but no Pro 8 folder exists. All that is there is a folder labeled "Pro" and inside that folder there is no Nalpeiron folder.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted November 13, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 13, 2019 Hello @jm2019, Unfortunately, it is one of our oldest versions of Nitro Pro which we no longer provide support for. To read more about our sunset policy, please go here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy We recommend that you try Nitro Pro 13. You can run it in trial mode for 14 days! After that, it can still be used as a PDF reader.https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try You may find the tutorial videos on Nitro helpful: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos Cheers!
