Activation Issue even after deactivating from website

Hi, 

I purchased a new computer and trying to activate my license. 

When i tried to activate, it didn't work so i followed the steps to go online and deactivate on your website. 

I'm still getting the -23 error.

This is my cleverbridge reference number: *********** from my purchase receipt. 

I'm not sure if it's ok to post my license number so please assist asap.
