bob welcher 0 Report post Posted November 10, 2019 (edited) Switching computers and cannot activate Nitro Pro 11. Deactivated installation on computer - tried to activate a trial version. When I try to activate I get a error - can't activate. States "Serial number does not exist." It is correct serial number - running on another computer. Tried searching forums, etc. very time consuming and no results. Is there no chat or phone number for support? You can get the correct version 11 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
