Activation Problem

Hi,

I tried to do the activation on my new computer, but got the information -- "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices."  

What can I do for the next step?

I have a problem, today I’m want change nitro on the new computer but after finishing installation nitro on my new computer and activation nitro can’t success.

This is notification error my nitro "proses unsuccessful.. License key already used", Please help me for activation nitro on my new computer ?
