Francesco_Horsa spa 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2019 (edited) Hello, we actually installed Nitro pro 9 on a new windows 10 machine (we've already uninstalled nitro 9 from the old pc). When we insert the serial number , it says "serial not foud". the invoice number is *********** the serial ends with ** ********** The activation assistant says that for this serial we have 2 activations left and 0 activated. Francesco_Horsa spa 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2019 Thank you , doing so i encoubntered another problem on installation , windows 10 was giving an error, resolved following this post : https://community.gonitro.com/topic/6037-nitro-pro-9-installation/ Solution was taking ownership of folder "Windows app" and then re-downloading the product and reinstalling it.
