J_Myers121 Posted November 11, 2019 Report Share Posted November 11, 2019 Hello, I have an open case with NitroPDF but they are not responding to my replies. I have an issue where we start the NItroPDF application but after the Nitro splash screen loads there is nothing that can be interacted with on the piece of software. Moreover, we only see a white screen when hovering over the task bar. We have tried multiple uninstalls and re-installs and receive the same issue each time.
