Can't Activate license after reinstalling windows 10

Hello, I have purchased a Nitro Pro 13 license which i was using on both my laptop and my desktop and i was very satisfied with the product. Recently I reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop due to issues launching certain applications. So i reformatted my drives and then begun reinstalling all my applications, including Nitro Pro. However when i input my license number it now declines the activation asserting that i have reached the maximum number of installations, despite me trying to reinstall on the same laptop i had the license running on. I would greatly appreciate if you could help resolve this issue for me. I rely on the software for much of my school work. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
