B-Rad
Attempting to install NitroPro11 on a new win10 machine. Installer runs fine without any error; however; when starting/launching the program I get a blank/white screen saying 'Welcome to Nitro.' The program does not continue from there or throw any errors as far as I can tell. I would appreciate being able to use the software I purchased. I do not wish to buy an additional license or upgrade one for the same functionality. I have attempted uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling. Error persists. Would appreciate any information on how to resolve this(from Nitro or users). I do not want to be pushed into a ticket to later be told "this product has sunsetted and is no longer supported, thanks, bye!" I will update this if I find a workaround. So far I have seen MS Office CAN interfere with the install process; however, there are no errors indicating it failed to install correctly. Further, a hint that the "Nalpeiron Licensing Service" may interfere with the launch/startup.

B-Rad
Support only asked that I reinstall. This did not work and was one of the original steps I tried. The installer link they provided was the same as I already had:http://install.nitropdf.com/pro11/retail/nitro_pro11.exe
B-Rad
For what it's worth, Got it working after another reinstall. Only difference from before is: I moved the installer to the C:/ drive where it was to be installed and then launched the program immediately after install instead of assuming it worked and forgetting about it. This allowed me to activate as well. Also for what it's worth, support never responded to the update. Effectively, they only ever told me to reinstall with no further instructions and provided a link to the installer.
