Krug3n Posted November 12, 2019 Report Share Posted November 12, 2019 (edited) To whom it may concern, I upgraded to nitro 12 in 2018 and purchased product updates under order number 1492xxxxx, nbow recently nitro receved an update to 13, and once again i am being obstructed from upgrading using the purhcase noted. This software update noted was dont 21 days ago, so i am concerned why i am not being allowed to use what i paid for an upgrade? Please can some one help me regarding this matter.
