Reactivate Nitro Pro 11 license

Hello,

I am having issues activating a Nitro License. I can see in the portal that I have 1 activation left, but when I go to activate, I get the -23 error. 

Nitro Pro version: Nitro 11
Serial Number: 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy

Hello @Andrea Aznar,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thank you for fixing the license above. I am having issues activating another Nitro License. I can see in the portal that I have 2 activations left, but when I go to activate, I get the -23 error.

Please try activating your Nitro Pro 10 again after I made a change on our end.
