Coolnagard 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2019 I tried to switch my Nitro account to a new computer. I deactivated all of the users on the portal, so now there are 0 activations. When trying to activate on my new computer, the system says that the serial code does not exist. I am entering the right security code, I have the original email from purchasing the program.
