Re-activation problem

Having problem reactivating my license.

I forgot to deactivate the license from inside the Nitro app before reformatting. 

I then proceed to deactivate the license using the website (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) before trying to reactivate the license.

But even now, that I have pulled 2 out of 2 activation (also reconfirmed that Number of Activations = 0) and waited for a day, it still popup the license number already used. ( Error:  -23: Error - License number already used )
