Activation / deactivation

Good day

I tried installing my account on a new computer and would not allow me to do so.  The Nitro I bought provided for 2 activations and these where never used.  When troubleshooting via the nitro website I was asked to deactivate and then activate, this never worked.  Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to us! 

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and reinstall Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number for version 12.
