I have Nitro Pro 12 and it keeps telling me that I have an expired trial when i have actually purchased it to use, not just as a trial.  When I put in my serial number it can not find it.  But on the support website it can and say's it is active.  I am not sure what to do at this point to get it back up and running again like it should be.  Please help on what I need to do.

Hello @Cathryn,

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and reinstall Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
