Cathryn Posted November 13, 2019 Report Share Posted November 13, 2019 I have Nitro Pro 12 and it keeps telling me that I have an expired trial when i have actually purchased it to use, not just as a trial. When I put in my serial number it can not find it. But on the support website it can and say's it is active.
