Cathryn 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2019 I have Nitro Pro 12 and it keeps telling me that I have an expired trial when i have actually purchased it to use, not just as a trial. When I put in my serial number it can not find it. But on the support website it can and say's it is active. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
