DANICA Posted November 15, 2019 Report Share Posted November 15, 2019 I have been using Nitro since JANUARY - IT HAS BEEN BRILLIANT - YESTERDAY IT WOULD NO LONGER UPLOAD DOCUMENTS INTO THE CLOUD FOR E SIGNING - IT JUST SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM AND SHUTS DOWN, THE LINK FROM EDITING THE DOCUMENTS JUST SEEMS TO TIME OUT. I CALLED MICROSOFT BUT THEY CHECKED ALL MY UPDATES AND THEY SAY IT IS A PROBLEM WITH NITRO AND TO CONTACT YOU. I THEN PAID LAST NIGHT FOR VIP SUPPORT AND TRIED TO SUBMT A TICKET BUT IT WILL NOT ACCEPT MY SERIAL NUMBER EVEN THOUGHI COPIED AND PASTED IT AND JUST MOVES ME TO THIS FORUM. THE SOFTWARE IS ESSENTIAL FOR MY BUSINESS AND I AM AT A LOSS OF HOW T GET IT SORTED AND I DON'T KNOW WHY HAVING PAID THE FEE NITRO IS IGNORING MY REQUEST TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET, CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE AS I LOST A WHOLE DAY OF WORK THROUGH THIS YESTURDAY AT MU BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR.
