Michael Zemble Posted November 15, 2019 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2019 When I try to add a QuickSign signature (via From File or even WebCam) I get an error: "A problem occurred adding the QuickSign signature to the document. Please try recreating your QuickSign profile." I did not have this error when using v 9 on the same computer. This is one of the most important features of the software and I need this function!!!
