Error when adding QuickSign signature in v 13

Can someone help or explain why even though I bought and input validation numbers, almost every time I open my Nitro Pro 13, the program says I am operating an Expired Trial Version?

When I try to add a QuickSign signature (via From File or even WebCam) I get an error:  "A problem occurred adding the QuickSign signature to the document.  Please try recreating your QuickSign profile."  I did not have this error when using v 9 on the same computer.  This is one of the most important features of the software and I need this function!!! TY!
