Nitro Pro 11 on new PC

i have upgraded to windows 10, need to install my subscription of nitropro

how can I determine which version is the serial number I have paid for.  does it not update automatically?

I just downloaed pro 11 and signed in.  its still asking for purchase?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

After checking your account records, I can see you purchased Nitro Pro 10 last September of 2016.

Since you have installed Nitro Pro 11, looks like we need to uninstall it from your computer and install Nitro Pro 10. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download your Nitro Pro 10 using these offline link/s:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x64.msi 
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x86.msi

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your Nitro Pro 10 serial number.

I have checked your Nitro Pro 11 and our server logs shows you have reached 2/2 activations already.

Did you mean you want to deactivate one license so you activate on a new machine?
