I downloaded and paid for nitro pro in June and then had some computer issues which resulted in losing all my downloaded content. When I tried to re activate my nitro pro with my activation code it did not let me , even though I did exactly what your site told me, which was to deactivate the existing devices on the account. It keeps telling me that the code is invalid. I used the free trial version in the meantime, while waiting to get assistance from nitro, but now my trial is over and I cannot do my job. I am truly frustrated that you don't have a service call center because I need this fixed today. My boss has a project I need to have in by end of day today and I cannot complete this without being able to edit in nitro. Please help ASAP!
