Hi,

I purchased my Nitro Pro 11 in 2017. It worked fine until last week when it started giving an error message that the trial version has expired. To troubleshoot, I uninstalled Nitro Pro 11 but when I re-installed, I accidentally installed Nitro Pro 13. Now I am trying to uninstall  Nitro Pro 13 but keep getting this error message. Please help. I want to install and activate Nitro Pro 11 (I have a serial number). The link below has screenshot of the error message.
