-20: Error - Invalid License Number

I purchased Nitro Pro yesterday, and was given serial number ********************* in my confirming email.  When I tried to activate it in Nitro Pro, I received the “-20: Error - Invalid License Number” message.  I tried the online activation portal and received the message, “Please enter a valid serial number.”

I read AllainU’s response Friday to a similar question, so I followed his instructions of removing the Nitro Pro 11 trial version and installing Nitro Pro 12.  But is still received the “-20: Error…” message.

What should I do now?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
