Trial version expired right after install

Hi,

I want to evaluate the latest version of Nitro PRO, but the trial version expired right after install. This is the first time I installed any Nitro PDF in this machine, but my guess is that the program has issue connecting to the activation servers or some sort, as our machines are behind a proxy.

Is there any URL or site we need to whitelist in order for Nitro PRO trial version to be functional so that I can evaluate?
