Upgrade PC's and cannot activate Nitro

Hi,

 

We have just upgraded our PC's to Win10 and when installing Nitro Pro V13 it will not let us activate with our Serial Numbers.

 

I have checked the license on the portal and it showing as V9.

 

How do I upgrade the licenses ?

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
