Nitro Pro 12 won't load completely

Today for the first time, Nitro Pro 12 won't finish loading nor display the program window.  After starting the program, I only see the Nitro icon on the task bar and it only shows a blank page when you put your mouse cursor over it.  I have tried to repair the program, but it did not fix the problem.

Hello @R Hummel,

It may be hidden from view. Please try the following:

1. Hold the Shift button and right-click on the Nitro Pro icon in the Taskbar
2. Select Move
3. Keep pressing the Left/Right arrow keys on your keyboard until Nitro moves into view
