Nitro 12 - > 13

Hello, 

We just used  our upgrade from version 12 - > 13 based on one serial number. 

However we have multiple serial numbers purchase. How do we convert all those serial number to version 13 ?

Unfortunately, that suggestion does not work. We have been only able to upgrade our first serial number, with the remaining, we get the following message. 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

 

Please advise on the next step on how we can upgrade our serial numbers from version 12 to 13.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you would like to upgrade to v13?
