Naextec 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2019 Hello, We've recently upgraded a few machines from windows 7 to windows 10. We made sure to de-activate prior to the upgrade but are receiving license is in use on one of our machines. We have a 5 user license, and checking on the license it shows we're only using 4 out of the 5. We still have 2 other machines we will be deactivating and re-activating but need to verify we're able to before we continue. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 6 license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Naextec 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2019 Hello @AllainU, We were able to get one machine re-activated. We ended up needing to deactivate and upgrade the 2nd machine on Wednesday as well. We tried activating the 2nd machine (still same serial as first) and it displays the same error message we received with the first. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
