Activate on new computer Version 11

Hi

I have changed computers, and need to activate my serial number will not recognise as we are unable to download version 11.

Can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

I also cannot locate your serial number using the email address you provided. Can you please send that to me via direct message so I can check?

Hello Elisse,

The error means you installed the wrong version.

Your serial key is for Nitro Pro 11.

You can get the version 11 installer from here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464

Please note, version 11 has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy
