Haden Bryan
Good Afternoon, I recently got a new laptop and bought Nitro pro for it. I was surprised when after setting it up it told me the license had expired not 20 minutes after purchase. As soon as I connected to the internet, it showed that it was activated and working. A day or so later, I tried to print a Excel document to PDF and it would never open/print. I opened Nitro and it was the same problem, and I had to connect to the internet. I am a Field Service Engineer and spend most of my time working remotely on customer sites without internet, and this cause a lot of problem having to stop and connect to my cellphone personal hotspot (if I have enough phone service). I never had this internet issue with any other of my laptops that I have had Nitro on. Is there a way to not have to connect to the internet every time that I need to open a PDF or use nitro? Thanks in advance for any help!

Biggsie
This may not be the right place for this? I am a long term user of Nitro Pro 8 at work and at home and recently got a Win 10 Laptop to overcome the impending death of Win 7 support 🙂 It installed fine and activated having deactivated my old laptop - all seemed well - I can do all the reviewing editing etc but ....... I used to open several pdf files by selecting them in explorer and right click and open but I get an Unknown Error# :-130 If I open one file by right clicking it opens fine then I can open several by going back to explorer and right clicking on the rest I want to open after that without an error I have tried all sorts of things but am stumped. I can't see anything in support Clearly if I open Nitro first I can then open all 6 pdfs by right click open rather than one and then the rest I regularly open and annotate a group of 5 or 6 pdf files for clients every month and navigate to the folder with the files and then open them so this is a bit of a pain 🙂 Any ideas?
