You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Jaap Kouw 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2019 Hi Leslie, It won't work. I hav downloaded versiion 13 but the installation wizzard crashes all the time, I have tried it for 6 times without result.
