Cannot activate with serial number.

When I enter a serial number for activation I get an error that says please enter a valid serial number. This is the number from my email with the download.

Hello Danny,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to assist you.

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

Hi Leslie V,

I have download installers which file size is 2.38M from the link you provide. When i execute the installer, I get a network error message. And I have checked my internet connective. There is no probelm. Then I changed the internet connective to Moblie hotpoint, the same problem.

Could you provide the full size installer downlink to me please?

Hello @Danny Jin,

Please allow me to further assist you.

Kindly clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

Kind use below direct installers for Nitro Pro 13:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
