New Nitro Pro Licence reverted to Trial mode after system crash

Hello, I paid for a full version and after my system crashed it's now telling me my trial has expired. I tried entering my serial number in your website and it tells me it's not a valid serial number. Please help! I use this program every day for my business and it's very important that I have it working right away. Thank you
